A Great Lunch Salad

To make a balanced lunch salad, simply follow these 5 simple steps: 1. Start with: 3 cups Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce. 2. Add some protein: 1 Hard boiled egg or ½ can tuna. 3. Add 1 cup vegetables and/or fruit. 4. Add a salad dressing: 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette or Italian Dressing. 5. Add 2 Tbsp nuts, seeds, raisins or chickpeas. Enjoy your lunch salad!
